Worst service ever

<p>Telkom sceduled a date with me to install my landline. They never pitched up. The technician phoned to inform me that they will not be able to make it for the system is off line and that they will install it the following day. The next dey i recived a sms stating the the technician is despatched to do the installation. No one pitched up again nor did any one contact me to inform me why. I had to take unpaid leave for the past 3 days now because telkom is messing around and not giving the so called service they are seposed to give their clients. This is utterly unexeptable and very unprofessional of telkom. Just because they are this big company in SA DOES NOT MEAN that they can mess around with their clients like this. </p>
