!!!!Worst service ever!!!!!

<p>I came to a point where i dont want to deal with the call centre or any of telkom's services as there service is as pathetic as always. We moved into a new property in middle of August 2016. Since then i am battling with telkom to sort out my line and internet as we cannot connect at all at times. All they ever tell you is to log a fault and that they will send a technician out as soon as possible. 10 technicians later and i still sit with the same fault as when i started. I pay for a 4mb line only getting less the 1 mb. How is that fair to any customer. There is never any faults on their side, enough is enough. I want my line sorted and i am not paying until it is done once and for all. </p>
