Worst service ever

<p>I took out a new contract with telkom in mid November and I have never received assistance every time I call their call centre.Firstly my title is written Mr iso Miss and when I called in to have this rectified i was informed that I will need to go back to the branch as they will need to do physical security check,now my question is,why should I take my time and money to go into a branch to fix a mistake that was not made by me.when I app**** I submitted all the required documents including a copy of my I'd which clearly states that I am a Miss and definitely not a Mr</p>
