WORST SERVICE EVER!
<p>If Telkom does not want consumers as part of their business make the announcement and we can support other businesses! You are ********* charging people for services they DO NOT HAVE!! Pathetic callcentre that is not allowed to provide any person in a Managerial positions name or number! What are you scared of Telkom? You are dealing with well informed individuals!!!! I will cancel my contract and I WILL tell everyone I know about your PATHETIC service</p>
Why give a reference and show that telkom has rep**** but not one phone call has been received! Your callcentre agents do not even know what excuses to give anymore! Telkom is beyond pathetic! And to top it all I was informed by another service provider in the industry that nothing is wrong with my line!! My wifi lights are on!! They suggested that the technician for my area is doing something *******???? But i guess Telkom is going to leave this fact unresolved as well!
