worst service ever

<p>firstly this is a bussines line we are down since the 3rd of january today is the 13 january ,and we still down</p> <p>i have being calling everyday about 3times a day ,we are an international company ,we are loosing customers every day,the consultants give me the same story every day ,there is no technican that is coming out ,i have being calling for the last 10 days and not once did i get feed back from telkom ,its seems like there is one techician for the whole of jhb thats the way they go on,they dont even seem to care that we are a bussiness ,they are doing nothing to help us at all .....there is no contact numbers to even contact the technican department....telkom is the worst service ever ,they lie and do not help you they dont seem to care that we are a bussiness and that we are down for 10 days ...i will not recommend telkom to anyone ....terrible service is and understatment ...</p>
