Worst Service Ever

<p>I paid my account for December via EFT from my cell phone.. Now I get a mesaage saying I owe them and my line will be cut if I don't pay it.. after I did pay.. I called the customer care which is blady useless.. They said Telkom charged me R135 for not paying my account! I have all proof to say I did! I'm sick of Telkoms ****ty service honestly! I regret my contract with them and wish that their business doesn't make a further success out of ****** money.. Could someone please help because I am not gonna pay this amount!!! </p>
