Worst service ever

<p>On the 9th of August 2016 I app**** for one of my contracts to be cancelled as I had paid the full 24 months and once the 24 months are over the installment went from R129 to R505 per month. As per their procedure I filled in a cancellation form, case number ********** 5 an waited for their call to confirm the cancellation. I still haven't received the call and have done everything to try and get the issue resolved. On 20 September a logged in a complaint with their compalints department but they are just as unhelpful. My services have been stopped and they have threatened to hand me over to the lawyers. I refuse to pay for a contract I have asked to be cancelled!!!</p>
