Worst Service EVER!

<p>Firstly the signal on a Telkom mobile phone is terrible! Secondly they reinstated our account for another 24 months without our permission. Everytime I phone they give me a new reference number and say that someone is going to phone me back. NO ONE PHONES ME BACK. Then when I phone them back to follow up the problem they say that it has been resolved - which it most certainly has not! Just today I have been on the phone with Telkom for over 2 hours, transferred to different departments and placed on hold for long periods of time just to be cut off eventually!! I do not want to be stuck with Telkom Mobile for another 12 or 24 months!!! Especially not since we had only 6 months left!</p>
