Worst service ever

<p>Telkom at first they send me a wrong device which i had to wait for until they kingdom come i then requested for them to collect the device and they never did i had to arrange with the courier service myself to collect the phone..finally i got hold of a lady to do a new order for me and cancel the old order after holding on the line minutes for sales department.<br />Now my other problem nobody can assist me to port my number for me they have been putting me thru to all the departments within Telkom and nobody can help me i am very far from a telkom store and i have been explaining to each and every person that i was talking to but yet they cant assist me..i am so unhappy and feel like just cancelling the contract with the Telkom this is the start so what is going to happens in future if i have a problem with the phone?</p> <p> </p>
