Worst Service Ever

<p>Firstly, I would like to compliment Raymond Meso on his excellent service. Though my query wasn't resolved, he was very kind and willing to assist me. Secondly, I am not happy with the overall service provided by Telkom, I have been calling requesting that my contract be cancelled, but no one is able to assist. My contract with Telkom expired on the 20th of August, I was expecting that it be terminated after the final payment. Now what I fail to understand is why I have to complete cancellation forms when the 24 months is over, I don't have a telkom store near me and I don't want to fill in the form, its an inconvenience to me as that means I have to go to the Internet cafe to print out the form, fill it, scan it, then send it. I don't have the time and money for that. I want the contract cancelled and a paid up letter sent to me, I have been complaining on ur Facebook page and each time get empty promises that my query will be resolved </p>
