Worst service ever!!!!

<p>I use Telkom mobile and last week I got 250MB of data. Within hours it was gone. Naturally, I called customer services to enquire about this. I was given a case number BUT to my shock I was told that my issue would be resolved in 9 days...9 DAYS??? It's a data issue how much time can that possibly take to review!!!!!! I'm still waiting and have no data. I've received the worst service from Telkom and I'm definitely switching networks. </p> <p> </p> <p>Telkom...I'm shocked and absolutely disgusted by how you treat your paying customers. Well done on losing yet another customer</p>
