Worst ****** service ever

<p>We place an order for a second line to be installed into our house due to heavy traffick. And for 2 weeks their technical team would come in and do something then go, without completing the job. Yesterday I come home to find out that they came in stripped my original line and just connect the second router. When I called to find out what's happening they said the technician said we did not want our second line installed. Which is false as they did not communicate what so ever with us. Again they came I today and did nothing to get the job again. I am sick and tired of their ***. I would never recommend Telekom to anyone. They came and don't do their jobs and lie about what happens.</p>
