Worst Service Ever

<p>I cancelled certain lines for my business more than 1 month ago. The email was ednt to cancellations email with no repsonse. Sent another email with no repsonse. Called Telkom and they told me on the phone there is no departmen tot speak to regarding my cancellation. There is no one to talk to at all to ensure it is cncelled properly. Now the linea are still working and I am being charged for it. I can't speak to anyone but send emails with no response. Its like saying there is no one to talm to, sorry for your problem.</p>
