Worst service ever!!!

Worst service ever. I responded to an add on facebook where they had a special. Uncapped Wifi for 199 for 6 months and then 329 after that. I was so pleased i called and was helped by a lady that confirmed all my details. Explained how the new contract will work and approved the contract. She told me i will recieve my wifi within 5 days. 2 weeks later I called as nothing happened with my contract. I was then told that the promo was over. But when i called the promo was still on. The lady helping me made sure of that. Anyway i was told that i cannot be helped further the promo is over and thats final. So i was told to call another number as they will help with a different option. But before i called the consultant once again confirmed all my details. So i then called the number i was told to call and can you believe i was told to go into a telkom shop as my surname is incorrect. So now i ask you. I was approved with my current details and help by 3 diff people. Now my surname is incorrect. I give up!!!!!
