Worst Service Ever

The worst service I’ve ever received in all my life, even after calling several times to change a simple thing as an address to be delivered at the correct location. My address still hasn’t been changed, mind you the call centre agent assured me it was changed (attempts were 4 times and they still got it wrong every single time). I must say their service is the worst immature *********** online service….till date I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PARCEL since 1 September 2024
