Worst service

Worst service and never seen company like telkom and i did not see the company like telkom in my life.I have fiber line and never worked for 7 months and logged lot of calls and no resolution but paid for the service 804 rands every month.They said they will send the technician but they send the message issue resolved without resolution.Some times i feel like banging my head wall after listening to their stories.

They do not fix your issue and they do not want to cancel the service without panalities and you will feel like banging your head because nowhere to go.
