Worst service

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. When you want a product they easily call you back within minutes to help you, but when you want to cancel your contract or just want bare service from them they don't answer the call center number. When you ask to be transferred they say the systems can't do that, what nonsense is that!! I been wanting to cancel my contract for 4 months now, now they say I am in arrears but my 24 months contract ended in April 2020.
