Worst Service Delivery.

I recently took out a contract with Telkom and the service delivery from all sides have been the worst I have ever recieved. My cellphone got sent to another province after communicating with them on a daily basis regarding my address, not to mention just being given the color I didn't order. No one seems to help me track, when and where my cellphone is. The consultants drop calls on you and give me wrong information all the time. When you asked to be transferred to a manager , you are ignored. I can honestly say, I regret taking out a contract with Telekom. I rather pay a bit more and get better client service.
