worst service delivery

<p>I app**** for a telkom home landline calling plan initially which was activated in a week.</p> <p>I then app**** for a 4mbps line only with no package and the useless agent cancelled my, telephone papackage an initiated a ADSL uncapped package.</p> <p>that issue was resolved after phoning telkom about 10 times .</p> <p>I went back to the key west store to release my.line into the holding pool as I have a different isp.which the person helping me atout key west branch said it has been submitted and will be done withinhere a week.</p> <p>I phoned telkom after 6 days and they tell.me that nothing was submitted regarding releasing my line into the hholding pool and I should go back to the store (for theu third time!!!!).</p> <p>absolutely frustrating ..</p> <p>I'm fed up andto passed off</p>
