Worst service delivery

Telkom has the most pathetic service. Cable theft in the area they dont know when it will be fixed. Not my problem but wants me to change to wireless at more expensive cost. No one can help. They sales lines has a problem. How the hell do url run a business... Wait forever to speak to a consultant. They say they will call u. No one does... Terribly annoyed... Every person complains but url can nothing about it. Most pathetic and *********** service delivery.
