WORST SERVICE - Debited for cancelled service *** : ***4

Trying to cancel my residential WiFi. Was told that an agent will contact me within 2-7 days.... Almost 2 weeks ago. I'm still waiting!!!! Can't get through call centre. The debit order just went through for a service I don't have. *** : ***4
