Worst service

App**** for an application on the 8th of October , on the 13th they debit my account , on the 15th i called them to find out the process adn was told that it was approved and waiting to be captured in order to deliver , after almost 2 weeks now , i called again since i have heard nothing and guess what ? "your order has been approved and waiting to be captured in order to be delivered" . Such bad service delivery .
