Worst service

Telkom debited my account after I had made a payment at Checkers, I understood when they said they had already sent for payment. My issue is that its been 2 weeks and they have not credited my account with the extra payment after they promised to. I've been holding for over 30minutes to get through to their client care. This is the worst service ever! Call me asap!
