Worst service , cancelling all my dealings with Telkom

East Gate Telkom staff do not know the first thing about service, they can learn a lot from Mall of Africa and the likes. The staff dont care and they have no idea what they are doing. I was cancelling my contract to get something better (iPhone 8) from Telkom and they just give me the run around. Yesterday I was told to come and pick up the phone after a credit check was done, when I get there I am told they have locked the phones away even though the store is closed. The next day I am asked for more documents and told the another credit check needs to be done. So frustrated with Telkom and want nothing to do with them! You cant have absent minded sales people thats a recipe for a failing business. I am cancelling mine and my partners phone contracts.
