Worst Service - Call Centre

Call Centre Agents try everything they can to not help you. Always trying to find a way out from servicing the client and show absolutely no knowledge of what their department is about.<br> <br> Has the audacity to leave you on the line with 100% dead air as the customer is asking for help for a service they are PAYING for!<br> <br> This is terrible service that makes me not want to consider Telkom!
