Worst service.

Had fiber installed on 28 Aug 2024. Had the router delivered on 29 Aug 2024. Was told it will ne working within 24 hours. Cam back from long weekend this morning and it still is not working. Made around 23 call to telkom today to get it working. Staff keep on pitting the phone down. Some say the service is suspended. Some say everything is working. Yet, we still have no network connection. This is the worst company when it comes to customer service. Not willing to help at all. Rude staff that are supposed to help. But yet. After all the calls. I still have no service!!!!!!! I’ll cancel my service and try someone else. There is no service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
