Worst service by Telkom Mobile

I have had the worst experience porting to Telkom Mobile ever... I ported at maponya mall and was assisted by Lindi. Days later it was still not done. I called their contact centre "180" and got the worst service ever... they didn't care and didn't seem to know what they were doing. Each consultant gave me their own info and time frame which did not match... no one wanted to take ownership. I went back to Maponya and I was told they were offline, I went to Sandton and they first time I got there no one came to me to enquire or offer service and this was at 12... I went back at 17:00 the same day and it was full and the service consultants there didn't seem to care.

This is the worst service ever and as soon as I get a chance to port I am taking it.
