Worst service by Telkom

i app**** for a month to month online to find out that it is a 24 month contract instead. The sales representatives weren't even aware that the ad on telkom's website stated that they have month to onth contract showing that they do not know what products they sell. When speaking to the team leader they weren't helpful at all.
