Worst service attitude at ****arney Mall, Jhb

Today 26/07/2020 at ****arney Mall Jhb my husband and I wanted to go into a Telkom outlet to enquire about some data deals and handsets and upon arriving at the store there were two employees on site who were busy on their phones with no customers in the shop. As I tried entering the shop, mind you we were both wearing masks as required of us but one of the employees who was manning what seems like a queying system screamed don't enter the shop, stand outside the door and tell us what you're looking for. This was shocking and embarassing to be treated in this manner and my husband and I just decided not to enter after all and we proceeded to another newtwork provider's store where we got and purchased what we were looking for. Pls fix your staff's attitude as this is appaling.
