Worst service at telkom mall of Africa by Tlou.

The service I received from Telkom mall of Africaon Sunday (30/04/2023) was beyond pathetic, I was assisted by the lady called Tlou.i have never been so humiliated in my life like that.i literally left after signing for duplicate Sim but couldn't wait for it. She is very rude. I hope they eventually fire her.
