Worst service at Telkom Hayfields

Took out a contract with Telkom in Hayfields, Pietermaritzburg. Worst service ever received from the consultant(Lee Ann) and Manager(Bernie Craig), simply do not know how to run a Branch. Took them over 2 months to cancel a contract as all documents was still sitting at their Branch. Waited for refund for 1 month and to date nothing. Gave me the run around for over 2 months. On the lighter side a gentleman named Tahir assisted me and was very professional in dealing with clients, just a suggestion to Telkom, this young man should be the Branch Manager.
