Worst service at Telkom Hatfield plaza

I went to buy data bundles for my iPad this morning at the Telkom opposite Vodacom at Hatfield plaza. This lady tells me they are busy with a sale on the computer and that I should go to pick n pay or CNA if I want to buy data, in a Telkom shop, I'm told to go somewhere else because they are busy while no one is in the shop! This shop always has issues and no respect for customers! They treat students as if they are doing us a favour by doing their jobs!
