Worst service at Telkom

l'm disappointed with Telkom express Eastgate mall . On the 22nd of June l took a laptop on contract only to find out that it's faultly ..l then took the device back to the store only to be told they can't exchange or cancel l have to wait ( l had to go purchase the laptop at another retailer because l needed to use it urgently) .l have been going to the store without any help ,the employees there lack customer service up to the manager she'll ignore you sends a lady who works at counter 5 ( she's the only who cares about clients), they will only laugh at you that's what they are good at . The worst nightmare is that Telkom debits my money irregardless that the device was faulty from the start plus the device is with them . l tried to call their customer service it's worse they hanged up the call without resolving anything
