Worst Service at Telkom!!!

Had the worst experience iat Telekom Mabopane. Went there for the 3rd time today. First visit on the 09th of August the consultant said the WiFi deals are only loaded after the 15th. I asked how is that possible, why are they opened if they don't have anything to give to their customers. After threatening to call customer service, he looked on his laptop and gave offers. I accepted Nd filled documents for it. The whole process took about an hour, then I was told the home affairs system is offline I should return the other day. I went the next Sunday only to be told the home affairs system doesn't work on weekends, I should come during the week. I went today, the "home affairs" precedure was done, I approved the debit order. Now comes the handing over of the pocket rooter, am told the system doesn't wanna accept the rooter. Was asked to restarted the whole application as the 12 months contract gives problems that's why it doesn't wanna accept." It will only take two minutes" am told.15 Min later , the rooter still cannot be registered in the system. Was there from 10:40 in the morning,I left there without receiving the service I requested at 12:10. There are 3 consultants who take turns using the same laptop to assist customers. I found Telkom so unprofessional, time wasting with staff that seem to not even their job or even an understanding of their system. They consultant' s name is Thabiso. And I honestly doubt he knows what he's doing.
