Worst service at Telkom

Telkom is the most useless service provider I have used. I have called Telkom many times in the last few months to cancel a contract I have with them. They tell me each time that it has been cancelled, yet they keep billing me each month. I have had it and will no longer keep funds in my bank account. I will not keep paying for a service I have cancelled!
