Worst service at Telkom

Telkom Promoted the 40GIG daily and 40GIG Night owl Promotion recently. On the 27th of Feb 2018 I went to Telkom Springs, and stood in a line for close to 2 hours before I was assisted by a Telkom Agent? Normal for Telkom clients? Eventually after being helped, and approved by Telkom the Agent Informed me that Springs Branch has no Wifi Routers Stock. After 14 Days Telkom still has no Stock? The Service of Telkom is unacceptable, No Company should promote new Business, nor should Telkom expect potential new clients to wait for half a Month and counting to be assisted. This is no Way of treating clients, nor should any business be run in this unprofessional manner. Please phone me today, I would like clarity on the Matter urgently.
