Worst service at telkom

<p>Telkom is the most useless service provider i saw . I took a wifi contract abt 3 weeks ago and they said a technician will come out and install in with the 7-21 day period the time as passed by and i phoned in the call centre to see whats going on they said sorry we cant help there is no ports at the moment . I asked how long could this take the said up to 3 months . I am very angry because these idiots can take the money nicely and now they make us wait and never inform us about it . Most useless provider ever hope someone comes up with a better option cause clearly telkom only wants money and dont know what they doing</p>
