Worst Service @ Hemmingways Telkom

@TelkomZA Hemingways has the worst customer service, came here last Friday waited on a queue for hours , was told to come back after an hour for them to load the system, came back had to wait for close to an hour , then I was told they will deliver, failing which I must come back today, I am back standing in the queue again
