Worst service at Clearwater branch

I got an iPhone 12 Pro Max on contract the end of July and within the 5 days time frame they said I can take a phone insurance so I went into the store in the 4th day and tried to sign up for my insurance the manager Akhona at Clearwater branch told me he will sort it out 3 months later my phone isn’t insured when I went to the branch to find out why I haven’t gotten deducted for my insurance they said someone CANCELLED my insurance which is ****ing me off because why would they do that without my permission every time you email him or call the branch nobody answers how professional!!
