Worst Service at Brooklyn Pretoria

<p>I went to Brooklyn mall Telkom mobile store just to purchase recharge data. There was only two people helping the customers and I had to wait 40 minutes because the ladies were filling out contract applications. This is by far the worst I have experienced with Telkom and wouldn't recommend anyone going to that store. And when it was my turn to be assisted, they told me they can't help me because they offline. Almost a good hour wasted in a Telkom store. </p>
