Worst service and products

Worst service provider ever! They do not give you any updates regarding disconnections, fibre installation or feedback on outstanding queries. I can't believe that this is South Africa leading ISP. Possibly the worst company ever. Nothing, absolutely nothing works with Telkom. Their mobile app is completely USELESS. they should close up shop, seeing all the dissatisfied clients.
