Worst service and no care for their clients

<p>I know an elderly lady that her land line has been down for two months! She has no contact with the outside world which is dangerous at her age!!! After so many phone calls, and emails from many people , nothing has been done , no technitions come out and they dont even let the client know what is going on. The help operators never have anything to tell you and dont actually assist with the problem!!!! I find telkom to be a disgusting business , they are paid to provide a service, they take your money but dont fix problems with their service! </p>
