worst service and insurance

i have not been so annoyed by the service provided by Telkom. i lost my mobile phone which i insured with them i followed the correct procedures and when i called their insurance to claim for the device the number does not exist. I am not able to get through to be assisted. 2ndly i am not able to find a Telkom store near me to assist with my sim swap since it is a contract phone that was ******. there only way for me to have my number back is to go their store. I thought we where moving to times where we made service simpler not worse. i have been a loyal client for over 8 yrs and this is the service i get
