Worst service and *********** staff. Waste of money

My account has been suspended due to non payment but payment had been made i went to a Telkom shop in Promenade mall n was jus given a piece of paper with a number n was told i muat call they can't assist me. For the past 7 days ive been calling Telkom to no avail. I have used over R200 worth of airtime trying to get hold of them wen i call i wait im on hold for 10min at a time and still no-one answers my call. On one occasion someone answered i was placed on hold for 15min n was then told their system is down they cant access my account. For a big company like telkom they have the worst service *********** call centre staff and no call back facility. Im disgusted and will not recommend telkom to anyone camt wait for contract to finish so i can be done with them.
