Worst service and im a client for years

Why does Telkom have a customer service line and their service sucks!!!

The telkom store Cavendish has allowed someone to add my banking details on their contract without my consent, when i went in the store no one could assist me also when i called customer service they keep telling me to go to the store and when i requested for the manager at the call centre i was told he or she cant come to the phone utter bull****. Telkom is taking money from my account i have stop this with my bank but i dont see why telkom cant do so on their side. Also my bank has notified me that each month the money debited from my bank has a different reference no. I am sending the police to telkom and telling everyone what **** service they office i dont see why the stores has telephones to call to and we as customers need to go into store where they let you wait for more than 10 minutes and cant even assist you.
