WORST SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERY !!!!!!

This is the WORST company to deal with. Spoke to 2 consultants - Ibrahim was repeating everything over and over and not resolving anything, when asking to speak to an manager he left the call hanging. - Spoke so Sandisile who was mumbling and had a massive attitude towards me as customer and also just left the call hanging when I asked to speak to the manager. Each call was a little over an hour yet nothing has been resolved. My advise : NEVER USE TELKOM AS THEY ARE PATHETIC !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
