Worst service and always debiting my account

Every month they debit my account late then they have the nerve to say I owe them and I must pay the collections department. Iv asked to speak to a manager numerous times but they are never around and I always ask for a call back and nothing happens. I regret taking a contract with them and I would never reccomend them to anyone
