Worst Service

Hellkom... Service is so poor. I have never used such ******* service . We all know you wait an hour + to get hold of a consultant. The app is so unfriendly, it is so slow, and on numerous times you get error messages. All they know is to debit your account timelessly. I am disgusted at such a huge company. I want to cancel my DSL account and getting no joy in doing so
