WORST SERVICE

My insurance for my mobile device was cancelled without my knowledge and when I query this Finrite and Telkom are taking me up and down without actually assisting. Telkom says they don't have any record of me requesting for cancellation yet finrite says they cannot cancel my insurance without Telkom's instruction. I need to understand why was my insurance cancelled.
