Worst service

Worst possible service. First I had to fight to get a credit because too much was taken off my account for two mobiles, which hopefully is now resolved and now they are taking too much off my account for fibre

Not one consultant in the last 4 days can give me the answer or the correct number to contact to tell me why they are overcharging me. When you call the consultant they just give you a number to get rid of the call I have called *********21 ***

No Luck just getting upset with going in circles and you cant go into a branch either because they say they cant help u. I was at the Tygervalley and Cape gate Branch and they could not help me
